This program is a 4-month training course that meets twice per week on Mondays and Wednesdays, 4:00–5:00 PM, at BlockOut Academy.

Location: 133 W Oxmoor Rd, Birmingham, AL 35209
Dates: January 5 – April 29
No class: March 23–26
Limited to 12 athletes.

Program Overview

The program is designed to teach and enhance all volleyball fundamentals — passing, setting, hitting, serving, and ball control — while developing foundational volleyball IQ.

Athletes will also learn about different court positions, their roles, and responsibilities in team play.

Each class emphasizes accountability, goal setting, and consistent effort.
Athletes are expected to work toward clear, measurable goals that build both skill confidence and mental toughness — lessons that apply on and off the court.
