Program Overview

This Advanced Middle School Prep course is built for experienced 6th graders who already have a solid foundation in volleyball and are ready to train at a higher level.
Athletes should already be comfortable with:

  • A proper hitting approach

  • Correct platform and passing form

  • Fundamental ball control and movement

This is not a beginner or limited-experience program. It’s designed for athletes who have played in a school or club setting and want to prepare for competitive middle school play.

Each two-hour session includes both volleyball skill work and strength training, helping athletes become faster, stronger, and more confident under pressure.
Enrollment in the full two-hour session is required. Skills-only participation is not permitted.
