Program Overview

Our most popular middle school training program — built for athletes who are ready to take their game to the next level.

The Developmental Program is designed for 7th & 8th graders with 1–2 years of school or club volleyball experience who are serious about improving their performance and preparing for advanced play.

Athletes train twice per week — one hour in the BlockOut Volleyball Gym and one hour in the BlockOut Strength Facility — focusing on power, speed, and technical precision.
This program builds well-rounded athletes who move, think, and compete at a higher standard.

Note: If your athlete has only Rec League experience or is newer to the sport, please check out the
Beginner/Limited (7th & 8th Grade) All Skills Program for proper placement.
