Program Overview

This program is built for 7th graders and UP with beginner/limited volleyball experience who want to gain confidence, improve their fundamentals, and prepare for middle school or club tryouts.

It’s especially great for athletes who have only played in Rec Leagues and are ready to take the next step.
Each session includes one hour of Strength & Conditioning and one hour of Volleyball Skills — helping athletes build coordination, movement, and strength while learning proper mechanics in passing, serving, setting, and attacking.

The goal is simple: develop confident, athletic, well-rounded players who are prepared for higher levels of competition.

Who It’s For

  • 7th graders and UP with limited experience or none at all

  • Athletes who have only played Rec League volleyball and want to take the next step

  • Players aiming to build confidence, strength, and fundamentals before trying out for middle school or club teams

If your athlete already has 1–2 years of school or club experience, check out the Developmental (7th–8th Grade) All Skills Program instead.
If you’re unsure which level is best, email hello@blockoutacademy.com before registering.
