School of Volleyball - 16 Week Program
The School of Volleyball is the foundation of BOA — designed to build solid fundamentals, proper movement, and both mental and physical performance needed to excel in volleyball long-term and prepare for middle school teams.
Each class focuses on holding athletes accountable to clear, measurable goals so they can build unshakable confidence and learn strategies for success on and off the court.
This program is perfect for all athletes who want to learn in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment.
