All Skills Developmental Program - 7 Weeks

This 7-week program is built for athletes ready to level up their game! Each Thursday from Oct. 9 – Nov. 20th, players will work on all the core volleyball skills: passing, setting, hitting/blocking, and serving, while also building leadership, confidence, and athleticism on the court.

Schedule: Thursdays ONLY

• 4:00 – 5:00 PM: Volleyball Skills (All Skills Developmental)

• 5:00 – 6:00 PM: Strength & Conditioning (Suite #315 across the parking lot, included with program)

Location: BlockOut Academy, 133 West Oxmoor Road, Birmingham, AL 35209

The Developmental level is designed for athletes with 1–2 years of school or club experience. (Rec league experience does not qualify. If your athlete only has Rec league experience, we encourage you to check out our Beginner/Limited Experience programs instead.)

Tuition - Once a week course (Thursdays)
