Program Summary:
Setter Country is a unique and one-of-a-kind program in Alabama designed to teach and enhance all aspects of setting in a progressive and detailed way.

Great setters have great setter coaches. They focus on details, consistency, and continuous improvement. This program is built to develop those qualities and help athletes reach their highest potential.

Who It’s For:
This class serves Varsity and JV level setters who:

• Want to compete at a high Varsity level

• Are preparing for collegiate recruitment

• Are current collegiate setters seeking additional training

Training Focus:

1. Hand positioning

2. Ball control

3. Wrist and hand flexibility and strengthening

4. Core and upper back flexibility and strengthening

5. Setting IQ

6. Accuracy

7. Footwork

8. Setter attacks

Session Format:
Each 90-minute class includes:

• 60 minutes of on-court technical skill work

• 30 minutes of Setter IQ: decision-making, communication, leadership, and Q&A

These sessions are fun yet challenging and designed to inspire athletes to be relentless in their pursuit of excellence and to understand what truly makes a great setter.

Eligibility:
Open to JV and Varsity players with 2–3 years of school or club experience.
