December (Developmental) – Hitting/Blocking Program

Dates: December 2 – December 18
Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Location: BlockOut Academy — 133 West Oxmoor Road, Birmingham, AL 35209

Program Overview
This 3-week December training block is designed for athletes ready to sharpen their offensive and net play fundamentals. Each session focuses exclusively on hitting and blocking mechanics—from approach footwork and swing technique to timing, vision, and defensive positioning at the net.

The Developmental Level is tailored for Middle School athletes with 1–2 years of school or club volleyball experience.
(Note: Recreational league experience alone does not qualify. For newer players, please see our Beginner/Limited Experience programs.)

Schedule
5:00–6:00 PM — Developmental Hitting/Blocking Skills
6:00–7:00 PM — Strength & Conditioning (included with program)

Tuition: $400
