December (Beginner/Limited Experience) – 4th Grade and Up

Program Overview
This 3-week program is designed for athletes who are new to volleyball or have only participated in recreational leagues. These small-group sessions focus on building a strong foundation in volleyball fundamentals within a fun, positive, and supportive environment.

Whether your athlete is trying the sport for the first time, just finished a rec league season, or wants to build confidence before joining a school or club team, this clinic is the perfect place to start.

What to Expect
Each session emphasizes hands-on instruction, skill repetition, and personalized coaching to help players master the core fundamentals, including:

• Passing and serve receive technique

• Serving mechanics and consistency

• Footwork and movement patterns

• Setting and basic hand contact

• Court awareness and team communication

Program Details

• Small-group training: Limited to 12 athletes per session for individualized attention and feedback.

• Experienced coaching: Led by certified BOA coaches who specialize in youth skill development.

• Positive environment: Focused on confidence, encouragement, and progress every session.

Total Fee: $300

Who It’s For
This program is designed for 4th graders and older who are new to volleyball or have limited or recreational experience.

If your athlete already has volleyball experience, we recommend one of the following programs for the best training fit:

• Developmental: For athletes with 1–2 years of school or club experience.

• Advanced: For High School JV and Varsity players with 3+ years of school or club experience.

• Middle School Prep: For 5th and 6th graders who are more advanced than the beginner level and ready for faster-paced training.
