Rising 8/9th grade Spring Training( 1 )


Spring Training is a great opportunity for athletes who are Rising 8th grade, Rising 9th grade, JV and Varsity and Elite Varsity/ Collegiate group, to be part of the positive environment, improve in every aspect : mentally, physically and fundamentally. This program runs from January 6th- April 30th (No spring break classes). Practices are held twice a week with optional Speed and Agility on Saturday. The program is ideal for families with multiple kids, multi-sport athletes and athletes who need fundamental work and confidence boost through detail oriented training.
