Middle School Defense & Serve Receive Class

This fast-paced, competitive class is designed for all middle school athletes who want to focus exclusively on defense and serve receive. Open to all positions, this program helps athletes improve their passing, build unshakable confidence, and develop strategies for success on and off the court. Each session emphasizes accountability and working toward clear, measurable goals.

WHO: Current middle school athletes looking to train their passing and defense exclusively.
COST:

  • BOA Members: $100

  • Non-Members: $125
    Enrollment is limited to 12 participants.

MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT:
All participants must have a current annual membership:

  • Standard: $129 (single athlete) / $189 (multi-athlete family)
    or

  • Premium: $199 (single) / $259 (multi) — includes annual fee, two BOA shirts, registration priority, and free mental performance seminars.

DROP-OUT POLICY:
If an athlete chooses to drop out, the full program tuition remains due. In the case of injury or illness, a doctor’s note is required to receive credit for future lessons, which must be used within 30 days of the athlete being cleared to return.
