Annual Membership - Premium $199 • Unlimited visits for 12 months • All families will be charged the BlockOut Annual Registration Fee when you register for the classes—$119 for a single athlete and $179 for 2 or more siblings in a family or the premium plan for $199 or $259 for multiple athletes. The fee is good for 12 months from the date of the purchase. This fee will be required in order to register for any private session, or group class. Special events such as movie night, recovery day, donation clinics are not subject to the annual fee. With the premium plan you not only get the annual registration fee, you get the 2 BlockOut shirts, free Mental Performance Classes, free Recruiting Seminars, and priority in class registrations.

Mental Performance Seminars are held once a month and cover a different topic each month and are led by our certified Mental Performance coaches Coach Nev or Coach Dj

Many Atheltes hit the road block in their mental performance and simply don't have or don't know the tools to overcome those barriers.
