Small Group Training (Passing Focus)

Max: 6 athletes per session
Duration: 1 hour
Focus Areas: All things defense – including movement, passing, and defensive reads

This class is designed for up to 6 athletes—ideally of similar skill level—looking for focused defensive training with BOA coaches. Athletes will dive into the details of defensive movement, platform control, reaction time, and reading hitters, all in a high-rep, high-feedback environment.

Cost: $90 per athlete, per session
Annual Membership required for all participants:

• $119 (single athlete)

• $179 (multi-athlete family)

Optional Premium Membership:

• $199 (single athlete)

• $259 (multi-athlete family)
  Includes: annual registration fee, two BOA shirts, registration priority, and free access to BOA’s mental performance seminars
