Small Group Training (Hitting Focus)

Max: 6 athletes per session
Duration: 1 hour
Focus Areas: Hitting, blocking, and footwork

This class is designed for up to 6 athletes—ideally of similar skill level—who want focused training time with BOA coaches. Athletes will work through high-rep, technical drills to improve their front row game, including hitting mechanics, blocking form, and footwork patterns.

Cost: $90 per athlete, per session
Annual Membership required for all participants:

• $119 (single athlete)

• $179 (multi-athlete family)

Optional Premium Membership:

• $199 (single athlete)

• $259 (multi-athlete family)
  Includes: annual registration fee, two BOA shirts, registration priority, and free access to BOA’s mental performance seminars
