Small Group — Limited to 6 Athletes

This elite small group program is designed specifically for varsity and collegiate-level setters — or those actively preparing to compete at that level. This is not for beginners or developmental players. With a maximum of 6 athletes, this intimate setting ensures focused, personalized instruction where good setters become great, and great setters become game-changing leaders.

What to Expect

In this advanced small group, athletes will be challenged with:

• Advanced tempo setting, including multi-tempo sets and broken play scenarios

• Location precision and repeatability under fatigue

• Decision-making and disguise in transition and out-of-system situations

• Leadership training and on-court communication as a true floor general

• Setter-hitter chemistry and advanced eye sequencing

• Film breakdown, game IQ development, and real-scenario reps

Placement & Registration

All athletes must submit skill footage upon registration for tier verification.

Prep Work Encouraged

Participants are encouraged to complete the free online Setter Starter Course with Coach Nev before attending, to familiarize themselves with the program’s technical language and expectations.
