Open to all female athletes from all sports, BOA’s Open Gym is a month-to-month training option designed for driven athletes who want a consistent training window during the week.
Open Gym Hours
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Athletes must be finished and out of the facility by 10:00 AM sharp. No exceptions.
This is a self-led training period. However, BOA staff member Cam will be on site each morning to assist, provide guidance, answer questions about lifts, and offer feedback. Cam is a resource—not a coach for the session—so come prepared with your own training plan or goals.
There are no makeup sessions, no rollovers, and no refunds for missed days. This is a one-month pass built for athletes who are ready to show up and take ownership of their performance.
