Guided Strength & Conditioning (Monthly)

This structured, coach-guided training program is designed specifically for female collegiate athletes from all sports who are committed to staying strong, mobile, and game-ready year-round.

Led by BOA Strength & Conditioning staff, each session follows a carefully programmed lift focused on building power, speed, and durability. Athletes will be coached through warm-ups, key lifts, accessory work, and mobility to support athletic performance at the collegiate level.

This is not a drop-in or open gym format—this is focused, intentional training in a small-group environment.

Program Details:
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Time: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Location: BOA Strength Facility – Suite #315, across the street from BOA
For: Female collegiate athletes
Format: Structured lift with coaching, small-group setting
Commitment: Month-to-month enrollment
No makeups, rollovers, or refunds within 48 hours of the first session
