Guided High School Strength & Conditioning (Monthly)
Foundational Training for Female Middle School Athletes
This structured, coach-led training program is designed for female middle school athletes looking to build a strong foundation in movement, strength, and overall athleticism. Whether you're new to training or looking to elevate your performance, this program teaches proper technique, confidence in the weight room, and age-appropriate progression.
Led by BOA's certified strength staff, each session focuses on mobility, strength development, speed, and injury prevention—all in a supportive small-group setting.
Program Details:
• Days: Monday & Wednesday
• Time: 1:15 PM – 2:15 PM
• Location: BOA Strength Facility – Suite #315, across the street from BOA
• For: Female athletes in grades 6–8
• Format: Structured, coach-guided training
• Commitment: Month-to-month enrollment
• No makeups, rollovers, or refunds within 48 hours of the first session
This is a high-energy, high-accountability training space for young athletes to build strength, learn proper form, and develop healthy training habits.
