Coach Morgan was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, where her volleyball journey began in the 2nd grade. A graduate of Pelham High School, she helped lead her team to a 2018 State Championship and played nearly every position on the court before specializing as a libero — a role she is passionate about coaching and playing.

From ages 11–15, Morgan trained under Coach Nev and developed a foundation that fueled her continued success. While studying Biomedical Sciences at UAB (with minors in Chemistry and Spanish), she played for the UAB Club Volleyball Team, assisted the UAB Women’s Volleyball Program, and coached in both club and recreation leagues. Most recently, she served as the head coach for the Homewood Rec League, where she was known for her energy, precision, and care for each athlete.

Now a full-time staff member at BlockOut Academy, Coach Morgan leads our 14U Travel Team and serves as a Brand Ambassador and Libero Specialist. Her coaching style emphasizes excellence, empowerment, and accountability. Whether she’s in the gym, the UAB Emergency Room, or training for a bodybuilding competition, Coach Morgan leads by example — showing athletes what it means to commit with purpose and no excuses.

Membership Required
All participants must have a current BOA Annual Membership:
• $129 for a single athlete
• $189 for a multi-athlete family

Optional Premium Membership is also available:
• $199 for a single athlete
• $259 for a multi-athlete family
Premium includes: annual registration fee, two BOA shirts, registration priority, and free access to mental performance seminars.
